SODICA’s Equity Capital Markets team partners with its listed clients to prepare and perform issues of stocks and other equity securities (e.g. stock warrants, convertible bonds and bonds with redeemable share warrants) on NYSE Euronext and Alternext. It coordinates all aspects of takeovers and delisting procedures. The team also handles pre-IPO type capital raising with the potential to lead to direct listing, and organises IPOs from start to finish.
